    Love the headset, and the company personally called to make sure I was satisfied with the product. They even have a fantastic warranty for their products.

    My headset was easy to get connected into my existing VOIP phone setup. Tone of my voice comes through clear and I hear others just fine. It took me a little while to get the hang of putting myself on mute but that is a user issue not a device issue. Very happy.
